Entretien
30-minute phone interview for the first round, then a morning or afternoon-long webinar that takes place in stages.
First stage is in a group as a "here's more about the Madison area," presentation. ~1 hour if I recall, but I'm a native -- felt like it dragged on since I knew most of it.
Next, you'll present to a panel of ~5 employees on a topic of your choice. No presentation tools like powerpoint, just talking to a camera. I used objects as part of a demonstration and they didn't mind. Present, field questions, done. 30-45 minutes.
Next, you'll meet with another trainer to hear more about the role, get a breakdown of the typical day/week in the life of a trainer/Epic employee, and ask questions about what you've seen so far or anything on your mind.
Final big thing was a one-hour meeting with one employee who gave you a "week in the life" scenario. The scenario had a few typical challenges and you're asked how you'd handle them.
Brief wrap up stage with your recruiter and HR rep, then call it a day.

Expect multiple rounds of interviews involving typical interviews with recruiters, as well as taking a logic and coding test (even if you won’t be coding, you’ll still do some basic stuff on the test for it), and will also need to do a persuasive or informative presentation.

The guy was very nice, we just went over my resume and future expectations. He told me I should expect an email with my next interview steps. Also the assessment was very interesting
