Entretien
The interview process was pretty straightforward and actually took less time than I thought it would. After applying online, they emailed me within 48-72 hours asking to schedule a phone interview with a current PM. The phone interview was pretty casual and conversational, nothing to be super concerned about and it lasted about 30 minutes.
After the phone interview they ask you to complete the Epic Skills Assessment. This must be done through the ProctorU service where they take control of your webcam to make sure you're not cheating or using materials they do not allow. The Skills Assessment took me about 2-2.5 hours. It's not the easiest test I've ever taken and it definitely helps to have a bit of programming experience. They don't ask you to code anything, but there is a technical section that uses quite a bit of syntax that programmers will be familiar with (operators, Boolean, etc.).
Here's why I say the process moved more quickly than I expected: I had my phone interview Wednesday, took my Skills Assessment Thursday night, and received a call asking me to come to Madison for the onsite on Friday morning. For the onsite interview, they expect you to present a 10 minute presentation on a topic of your choice. Be prepared to answer questions on the topic and make sure you stick to your time limit. They will give you a tour of Epic, feed you, answer any questions, the whole nine yards. It really is a pretty pleasant experience if you can get over the nerves of being at an interview.

Where do you see yourself in three years? Why Epic? What do you know of Epic?
Not invested in who they're hiring if they rely heavily on multiple assessments for applicants to take (personality quiz, etc). These are unpaid and take hours. A poor use of time.
Intro zoom call, and several hours of tests on a lockdown browser before even getting to have the first ten minute phone interview. Phone interview was basically combing through my resume and any gaps.
After submitting the application, there was a personality assessment and a technical assessment to test your thinking skills. The technical assessment had 4 parts, some of which took a long time(~1.5 hours) while others were quick.
