Very unprofessional. Two weeks after I did a phone interview, I got an email saying I moved on the next round. I had to follow up twice before I got any more information. When I did this I was told the email was a mistake. Note that they did not apologize for their mistake. They told me they would let me know in another week. After this week, they put me off again, and said they needed another week to decide. They did not reply at the end of this week, and when I followed up with them again, they sent me a form rejection letter. They was the worst interview process I've been through.
