J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Epic (Madison, WI) en déc. 2017

I applied online through my schools version of linked-in called handshake. A few weeks later they called to set up a proctored exam, personality test, and phone interview. The exam is the most important part of the process. I thought i did poorly but apparently not lol. It took about 3 hours and involves math, logical reasoning, and learning a new coding language. Make sure you’re well rested and have a calculator. A few days later I had my phone interview and later that same day they asked me to schedule my final round. I scheduled mine for a week later. I drove down and had dinner with 2 employees and 8 candidates on a Thursday night, then the next day i went through a series of talks and listened to presentations from current employees. I also did a case study, had a tour, lunch, 2 interviews (one with project manager and other with HR), then did a 10 min presentation on a topic of my choosing. Overall the process was good. They make you feel really relaxed and welcome during the interview. I was notified 3 business days after the interview about my job offer. The campus is incredible and their relaxed atmosphere is very exciting. Apparently only 1% of applicants get brought in for a final round so if you reach that point you’ve done well.

What is the most interesting thing that you have done in your life?
3 rounds - with final round being multi part. You take an exam and a personality test and do a final interview, and presentation. The presentation could be over any topic.

Apply online. Sign up via emailed link for a 15m phone intro, and sign up for a round of 5 assessments that you have to take in one sitting (budget 2-3hrs). Then do the Rembrandt Profile Assessment (you don't get your results as they're PI) and that's about 40min.
On the call you learn about Epic and the role, they make sure you're still interested, get your questions answered by a current PM on the team who's interviewing you, then get told your recruiter will reach out and you'll either move on, or move "on" kind of vibe.
The process is very intense. Three or more hours of explanation, exams, and a presentation I had to create. The exams were both logic games and a personality test. I was preparing for weeks.
