I had to take some tests on a computer and go through a few phone calls. I thought the people I talked with were very helpful and they have even reached out to me concerning other positions. I decided I wasn't ready to move to Madison and so I did not advance to any in person interviews.

Entretien
I had a phone screen, then take multiple online tests, and then a day of interviews that lasted about 4 hours. It is a very lengthy process and pretty work intensive for an interview process.
Started with phone call from recruiter, then completed a competency exam. Recruiter asks about yourself and why you would fit into the company. Fast process, quick to reach out to get next steps started. Recruiters very helpful in answering questions.
