just like basic interviews, make sure you have a resonably polished resume with at least 3 printed copies. if you can, email HR to ask for the names of who you'll be interviewing with and you can then look them up on Linkedin. make sure you do a website check, about us sections, etc. make sure you go over the job requirements and match them to yours in sentence form so you'll be better prepared to make your case.
Interview process was overall alright. Was not sure it was a good fit for me. Ended up not even going through the entire process. Did not have a good feeling about the company.

Kind workers, kind people. I could not get my laptop to be compatible with the practice test they needed me to take. Ultimately, I decided I would not be able to move to Madison, so I retracted my application.

It was nice and easy. The person who did the interview was also very nice and polite. He asked some questions related to my current job. He also asked about my day to day responsibilities.
