I got an email from HR in 2 days after applied online. At first, the HR set up a phone interview with the project management team. They asked me to complete the Rembrandt Profile (personality test) and the Assessment Test (PSI assessment). The assessment test has non-technical program language based on logic and critical skills questions. I believe I did the math and logical sections very well but couldn't survive in the verbal section. I did not invite for the on-site day-long interview.
