J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Epic en mars 2021
Entretien
My experience was the typical 1. phone interview where you are asked 3 questions and mainly take this time to hear more about the company, role, and the interviewer will field questions. 2. Exam- the hardest part; I didn't prepare for this portion. Just don't get caught off guard by the 2 minute portion: I answered like 3 or 4 out of the 10 questions and underperformed (still got the job!); the CS part is hard yes, but you can go back and refer to previous sections so use this to your advantage and I took my time while still being mindful not to spend too long on the section... just don't rush it! 3. In person: most stressful but also fun part was the 10 minute presentation- I spent a week preparing for it but the effort really paid off for me. Three people will sit in on your speech and they will ask questions! The case study was odd in that we were tasked with creating a presentation in a very very short amount of time- keep track of the case's details. HR interview was super chill, don't even worry about it. Overall, if you show that you're a normal person capable of keeping a conversation and maintaining a friendly demeanor I think the job is as good as yours if you make it to the in-person.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Q: On a scale of 1-10 how aggressive (? not sure if this was exact wording but similar) are you
Q: 5 words you are not (be creative!)
The process is very intense. Three or more hours of explanation, exams, and a presentation I had to create. The exams were both logic games and a personality test. I was preparing for weeks.

Question 1
Explain a process that you find interesting. This can be any process - manufacturing, distribution of products, or a method to create something.
Not invested in who they're hiring if they rely heavily on multiple assessments for applicants to take (personality quiz, etc). These are unpaid and take hours. A poor use of time.
Intro zoom call, and several hours of tests on a lockdown browser before even getting to have the first ten minute phone interview. Phone interview was basically combing through my resume and any gaps.
