The entire process takes a lot of time - first there is an initial phone interview and a skills assessment that takes around 2.5-3 hours to complete. The second round is around 3 hours, where you begin in an orientation to the company with other applicants and then have one-on-one conversations with members from the role you're applying for.
There was a series of exams, and then a three hour long zoom with various types of interviews. There were also informational interviews during this time, where I met various people in the roles and got to hear from them.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Epic en juin 2026
Entretien
Had approximately three hours, involving first a walkthrough of one of their applications, then an explanation of the role by a quality manager, then a "case study" which was really just scenario questions mostly, and finally talking with a recruiter who talked mostly through logistics with a couple of more behaviorial and strange questions.
There were multiple steps to the interview, including an assessment of a website and a test to see how you respond to stressful situations and manage your time. During the actual interview part, they focused on asking about your strengths and weaknesses.
