The company contacted me after I had posted my resume on Monster.com - they seem to be really looking to expand right now. My phone interview was great; I spent an hour on the phone with someone who actually works in the position I was interviewing for, instead of having an HR person ask you personality questions. It was more of an informational interview to give me a better idea of the company. They flew me out to Madison within the next two weeks and put me in a fancy hotel. They took me to dinner the night I arrived, and the interviews started the next day. The campus is an awesome place, and the benefits are amazing. The job seemed pretty cool too - the thing that drew me was that it wasn't the same exact work every day. The interview day consisted of a one-on-one information session about the position, a demonstration of their software, an interview with a manager in technical services in which they asked for a response to a case question, a typical HR interview (why do you want to work here, etc.), and some skills tests (software, math, verbal).
