Tailor your resume to Epic's corporate culture, and they really look for young people that are smart, driven, social and are a good fit for their company. They ask you questions like "Why Epic?" "Where do you see yourself in five and ten years?" -- the usual spiel. May ask you to give a presentation or look at a case study. First phone interview, then extended a one on one interview.
They first asked for a phone interview, which was pretty easy. Then, there is an online assessment that is more of an IQ test if anything. They ask some very odd questions, and then there is an open-ended programming section. The assessment has a timer, but it is not timed.

Question 1
How do you use programming in your day-to-day life?
There was a presentation that happened over two interviews, a system design round and a leetcode round. Then there was an HR round that happened with a recruiter and we also discussed compensation and what would happen going forward
