Case study on how you would prioritize a given task list for the day
Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Epic en déc. 2010
Entretien
Attended an informational session after a job fair at school. I gave my resume to the presenter and was called a week later by a HR recruiter. I had a phone interview about a week later which was then followed by an on site interview a couple of weeks later. The on-site interview consisted of a tour of the facility, a series of one-on-one interviews and two skills tests.
The company culture is very casual and laid back. Interviewees were dressed ranging from casual to business casual. I did not see anyone dressed professionally (interviewers nor interviewees). I would recommend being very comfortable about talking about yourself during the phone interview and be prepared for role playing scenarios in the one-on-one interview.
