Had a great phone interview with a developer discussing projects and skills was really excited about the job but the i got the longest assessment i have ever seen. Took almost 4 hours to complete with SAT like questions, to receive no feedback and then a rejection 2 months later. What a waste of time.

invited to do a phone screen interview, then was sent the skills assessment, which just had 4 coding questions. had a lot of time at the end of the phone screen to ask questions about the position.

20 question logic assessment (Pattern recognition)
20 question fake language assessment
4 leetcode east to medium questions
