J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Epic (Madison, WI) en oct. 2015
Entretien
There was a 4 stage application/interview process. The first stage was a simple online application. The second stage was a phone screening. It lasted about 20 minutes and consisted of a current Technical Problem Solver explaining the role to me and asking why I was applying for this specific position. The third stage was an online written test. It was run through another company and (due to technical difficulties) took about 2 hours instead of the original 50 minutes I was told. The fourth stage of the process was an on-site interview. They flew me to Madison, WI for a 5 hour interview. There were different stages of the interview: an overview of the company/benefits, an overview of the software, a case study, another written test, a tour, a meeting with an HR representative, and lunch.
Have not yet heard back about an offer.

Why Epic? Where else are you looking? After seeing more of the campus/work environment, are you still interested in the position?

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
