Had me do a personality test, and then an intensive test with unclear instructions and horrible proctoring software which took hours, as well as an extremely difficult coding segment which I was not prepared for and did not seem to align with the job I was applying for. I was rejected a week after with no feedback. Awful, stop wasting time for people who submit applications, at least give feedback!
