When you first apply you get a 2 assessment one assessment is personality that take 30 minutes and the second assessment is an IQ test. The IQ test take over 3 hours to do. This was biggest waste of time I have done getting a job. It felt like I was back in high school do bunch of random test. You have a 5 minute math test, you have technical test, and random misc test. This part was awful for person with disabilities, and I doubt they even care about disabilities. During this time, you are invited to another waste of time which is a role overview interview that, at least TS, is group of people watching on guy talk about the company.

30 minute phone call with a technical solutions engineer, questions were related to interest in the role and long term career goals rather than technical questions. He also asked about relocating and if that’s something I would be considering.
