J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Epic en févr. 2016
Entretien
1) Application
2) Phone interview
3) Assessment
4) On site interview
5) Offer
I was contacted by someone who said they had seen my resume on Indeed. They emailed me and asked for my availability and my phone number. The next day I received a phone call from someone named Missy she told me about the position and urged me to apply via Epic's website. I applied and within a couple of days I was ask to set up a time and date for a phone interview. The interview was very easy just a bunch of basic questions. Shortly after the interview I received an email to do a profile and schedule my assessment. I took the assessment last Wednesday and I found it to be rather difficult. With that being said I don't think I did well on it. I was told that I would hear back from them in a few days. That's how far I've gotten in the whole process.
Not invested in who they're hiring if they rely heavily on multiple assessments for applicants to take (personality quiz, etc). These are unpaid and take hours. A poor use of time.
Intro zoom call, and several hours of tests on a lockdown browser before even getting to have the first ten minute phone interview. Phone interview was basically combing through my resume and any gaps.
After submitting the application, there was a personality assessment and a technical assessment to test your thinking skills. The technical assessment had 4 parts, some of which took a long time(~1.5 hours) while others were quick.
