The interview process started with a screening from an early careers representative. Then I met with about 4 people who could potentially be my manager. It was a very positive experience and felt more like a conversation that an interview.

Phone screen that went over my resume, followed by invite for in-person interview. The in-person interview consisted of 5 back-to-back interviews (30min each), which were largely behavioral. I appreciated the opportunity to ask questions and learn a lot more about Epsilon too. Everyone was super friendly, and HR was very helpful in understanding where I was in the process.

There are only two rounds - first round is 30 mins and just an overall screening, second round includes 4 separate 30 mins interviews. The second round has some behavioral / circumstantial questions, but nothing too difficult.

I interviewed in early October. Had a great first round and the interviewer instructed me to contact the recruiter for HR related questions (timelines etc). I emailed her directly after - never heard back. Followed up 2 weeks later and nothing. I know the interview went great and I have no idea why I heard nothing from them following it.
