It started with the screening process by an consultancy. First Round: Online test for BigData Second Round: F2F Third Round: F2F Fourth Round (Senior Director): Telephonic After this they again called for F2F interview. And said the current position is gone because we have hired someone with lower salary with this position. And asked me to give interview for some other position. Fouth Round: Again Online test Fifth Round: F2F SixthRound: General discussion with Director Seventh Round: HR Round. He told that he cannot give me even the market standard hike (30%) and will get back to me. After that they send me the automated regret mail. My advise is to not attend the interview there. They are just playing with the persons. They don't have any clarity in their recruitment process. They wasted my lot of time and effort. Firstly, why they even interviewed me when they are short of the compensation. I clearly mentioned my expectation in the starting. Secondly, they should decide the position that they are hiring for. They are just going back and forth. It was a very disappointing interview process in my whole career. Also the behavior from Senior HR (Avik Chakraborty) was very rude and unprofessional.
