it was a panel experience consisting of 5 interviews with various people from the team and leadership an aptitude test and technical skills test. It's good to brush on typical interview questions and the advertising industry knowledge i.e. FPC, SEO etc.

First round 25 minute interview with current employee was very chill. Final round was 2.5 hours long on Zoom with 4 Senior employees. Hr introduced the role for 30 minutes and then I interviewed with each person for 30 minutes each. Questions were pretty basic, nothing too crazy. I do wish they provided feedback as this was something promised during the interview, but no feedback was given.
