Behavioral, skill based, and general questions. Because of COVID the interview was over the video. Mostly questions relating to strengths and weaknesses, conflicts with colleagues and how it was handled. Specific examples were required for the questions mostly.

Phone screen with HR team → Unit manager interview → Reference check.
The entire process is usually conducted online. The initial phone screen includes basic questions about availability and experience. The unit manager interview focuses more on clinical skills, teamwork, and suitability for the specific department.
Three member panel face to face post phone call asking basic questions. Lasted for about 45 minutes. Questions at end. Interviewees took turns asking. Comfortable setting. Took some time to get back with response
