I was contacted by an outsourced recruiter who scheduled a 30-minute call with me.
Then I had a 30-45 minute call with the Equifax recruiter to learn more and introduce myself (standard get to know you questions).
Followed by 2 more 30-45 minute interviews with a member of the team and the hiring manager. They were very good at letting me ask questions about how my skills will fold into the role and where I think I'll need some polishing. It was very conversational. Standard interview - no surprises or trick questions. They really just wanted to get to know me and where I was coming from/wanting to go in my career.
Overall it was a very average process - not hard nor easy.
Beware - it took a month and 1/2 to get through everything so prepare for that. communication on their part could have been better about the amount of time it would take.

The company had a well designed interview process. It started with an HR round, followed by a first interview, and then an in office interview with the Head of Product.

Em dezembro 2025 fui abordado pela recrutadora no linkedin, Fiz a primeira conversa com o RH e no dia seguinte com o Superintendente. Foi uma experiência positiva, conversa agradável, quiseram saber sobre minha carreira e falaram um pouco sobre o desafio. Gostei muito de como foi conduzida, se tivessem feito uma proposta, teria aceito.
