The process itself took 2 months. It seems that the internal interview process is not well organized inside the company. Also, I was waiting really long for responses from recruiters about the process update.

Entretien
Applied online, recruiter called me within a few days. Interview was set up shortly after and recieved offer within the week.
Interview was conducted in person with both supervising managers and was very professional. Not too many technical questions as they wanted to assess character more.

Very good, just filling this out so I can see what everyone else said. I have my interview soon so I want to know everyone else experience with Equinix. Was it good?
Very simple panel, semi professional. This lasted around thirty minutes. The panel was very calming and with small talk. Overall, very good experience. with Equinix. Looking forward to the future with the team
