Awful interview experience. The interview process was extremely long and unclear the whole time. The interviewers were very kind during the interviews and I really enjoyed speaking with them. However, it seemed they were unclear about next steps. In the end, I was told after a 3 month hiring process that they were no longer hiring for the role. I just wish there was more clarity and transparency from Equinix.
