J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Equitymetrix (Dallas, TX)
Entretien
My interview at EquityMetrix was very brief, I believe it was under twenty minutes. There were three interviewers, one of which was a higher up. They asked only a few questions, most of which were behavioral style interview questions. They said at the beginning that they really like to hear about specific examples. The interview was very laidback and not at all nerve wracking as the interviewers were very nice and welcoming.
Three interviews:
1st with former lease analysts
2nd with marketing directors
3rd with the CEO who mostly wanted to know what questions the interviewee had
Interviews were very short and the first seemed to be the most difficult, with lots of behavior interview questions that ask either theoretical questions or questions about your former experience.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Equitymetrix
Entretien
All my interviews were pleasant enough and not too rough. First, there was a phone interview to generally make me aware of what I was interviewing for. After that, I was brought in for an interview with a few of their project manager's. I could see how people could get stumped with the questions they ask. There were a bunch of questions about how you handled certain scenarios. Then the final round was an interview with the CEO. And it seemed like he was just there to make sure the other guys didn't screw up. Funny thing was that after three rounds of interviews, they never emailed me again. I never received any information about not getting the job, even after emailing them.
