Well the HR and CIO were uncomfortable to look into and speak. Their behavior, the way they were moving/acting, the surroundings of their places might indicate it's either fraud (HR - chrusciovka style single dormitory room place, wooden windows) or straight from jail cell (CIO - dark, super small room, definitely not meting a room). I continued only from a perspective - "when they will offer me to buy something, to be eligible for position" :) Reading many glassdoors' reviews it's sound like a legit business, but it does not feel like one for sure.
