Zwei Runden - unprofessionell aufgesetzt; CV lesen bevor man einlädt empfiehlt sich; seltsames, unprofessionelles Gespräch mit Führungsmitglied: Partner. Kein Prozess erkennbar. Keine offizielle Absage. Für ein Consulting Unternehmen fragwürdige Vorgehensweise. Würde das Unternehmen nicht als Consulting Haus auf Industrieseite einladen.

Applied for a vacancy specifically for a starter, straight out of college.
Went through multiple rounds of job interviews.
No offer because 'I did not have enough experience'
Interviewer wore jeans and t-shirt, no room was booked for the interview, and tech needed for my presentation was not working
Transparent interview process consisting of the usual questions (why this company etc.) and then a presentation to demonstrate presentation skills, with the ability to choose a topic and prepare in advance

Entretien
1st Round with recruitiner and manager bilaterally and 2nd round with manager, partner and then 30mins with a peer. All in all a very nice interview round. I had to prepare a 10min presentation about a topic of choice for the 2nd interview.
