Really intuitive, easy going and Fun, they ask you about your background and the reasons wy you want the job pretty straightforward, always made me feel they really wanted me to be part of the family and provide with new fresh ideas.

The interview process is smooth end to end. Information is clearly relayed via emails and follow up is quick. Ergeon still provides you with a response whether you are selected for a role or not.
