I applied late May and was brought on board for bootcamp mid July. I went through 3 interviews each one spaced out about 2 weeks from each other. So the process for me was lengthy in time but well worth the wait. The 1st was very casual, conversing and I believe getting a feel for my english & communication skills. The 2nd was totally sales oriented, I had prepared an introduction for myself with a brief description of my personality. I was very consise on how I fit the profile and how my experience can be an assett for ErgeonAnd the 3rd interview with the Sales Manager was actually very casual, from the begining I was told that this interview was to get to know me (hobbies, passions, family life, intentions, goals etc).
