Phone screen first with their head of HR. She asked some basic questions before setting me up for an in-person interview.
In-person interview was with the manager to whom the role would report. Felt like she kept going back and forth between what the expectations and responsibilities were for the position, which made it difficult to gauge which aspects of my experience to highlight.
