Applied online through Indeed. Manager contacted me directly and requested an application through their website. A few weeks later I had a phone screen where he hoped to hire up to 4 new people and really liked my experiences. After several weeks, he notified me of the position being filled and would keep my name on file. Several months later, he contacted me for another interview over the phone and still I did not receive a job offer.
