They asked to give examples of the three skills that they were looking for in their candidates. There was a simple excel and VBA test at the end. The interview was fairly straight forward and the interviewers were fairly relaxed.
Had a chat with someone who was presumably from HR about what I was looking for and salary expectations etc, was set a one-hour test and then was notified of my progression through to an interview with local managers. Standard questions and line of questioning.

It was ok, but not very well prepared over the phone interview. Received a call from their recruiter describing what the job was about and they scheduled a Skype meeting.
