I was contacted by email to set up an interview. After a 10-15 minute phone interview with a recruiter I landed an in-person panel interview for the following week in their downtown office.

It was a very detailed with 4 interviewers with detailed questions. It was very intimidating to say the least. Asked about 4 questions each and had to give details on each questions with follow up questions.

The interview went extremely well. Just be yourself and give it your all.
Firstly, it's going to be a phone interview and then another with your department heads.
They were extremely gracious and understanding.
