Pretty Quick Interview Process. I applied online and it took 2 weeks for the interview call. The interview was online and lasted for hour. I gotten a reply back very quickly within like 3 days of the interview. Very straight forward and easy process.

Easy personal questions. Not technical. Make sure you don't give cliche answers. Erie Insurance really values people who are team oriented people. Emphasize words like "we" and "us".
