Very negative experience. It was not a proper interview. I was very positive and professional and the manager acted as if they did not want to be there. Every positive thing I said was turned around on me as a negative. I could not even fully explain who I was. I was cut off several times and did not get a chance to talk. The manager spoke and did not want to hear what I had to say. The manager would not even shake my hand or accept my portfolio. I felt as if I where being discriminated against. I was not given a fair chance even though it is a learning hospital. It was very unprofessional. I felt as if i where being called to the meeting just to be treated poorly. The person was extremely rude and unprofessional it was improper. The person also made comments on my age and marital status I can not believe this person is representing erlanger. WORST INTERVIEW EVER!
