easy, great nurse recruiter who worked with me from start to finish. human resources provided answer to my questions and helped with the process to move from another state to take this job.
They want to make sure you are looking for a position long term and want to make sure you can handle a large patient load. Be prepared to answer for your previous jobs and continuation of education pieces.

Entretien
A panel interview lasting 30 min with several managers from different floors, they are questions and I answered. Everyone was pretty laid back, the interview went quickly. I brought my references and resume, and my grades because I was a new grad.
