First rounf was aptitude and than shortlisted were called for group discussion and than selected studensts were called at company premises for further interview pre]ocess that is TR round,HR round,CEO round.

Unfortunately interviewer were not interested in Candidate neither taking there interviews it was 5 different panels of interviewers unfortunately I've interviewed with last 5th Pannel
Both of them was rude in behaviour & were not at all interested in your answers,
There questions was totally illogical & Knowingly asking very difficult questions I told them that i know only few basics of javascript still asking very deep & difficult questions of javascript,
worst experience ever
Other 4 Pannels are good these Pannel where i was interviewed not at all selected any one candidate they were only there to reject you,
Anyways it's your potential lost they selected some of nuts & ratta mar students who just better at pretending,
There job role involves work on Salesforce as I've good knowledge of it.

I've got better offer very next day from another company with 4.6LPA

Entretien
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days.
I was interviewed at my campus.
It was a 2 day process. There were 7 rounds of recruitment.
1. The process started with an aptitude test which was quite easy. The test had 3 sections- Quantitative Aptitude
Engilsh
Techincal aptitude
Nearly 60-70% qualified after this round.
2. Next was an extempore kind of round
In this round each candidate was asked to speak on a topic of their own choice for 1 minute. There was freedom of selecting any topic.(I spoke on Dont judge a book by its cover)
In this round mentors looked for a person who can speak 4-5 sentences in English fluently.
The key here is Confidence, posture,and ability to deliver clear content.
3. Next was a team activity round. A team of 4-5 people was formed and were asked to do a task in 10 minutes.
After the time was over, now it was their turn for questions.
They asked questions that tested the candidate's presence of mind,. Leadership skills, Task handling capability etc. They will also put mental pressure on u to check ur perseverance and ability to withstand the pressure.
