J'ai passé un entretien chez Etex (Kapelle-Op-Den-Bos)
Entretien
I wouldn't recommend.
They mentioned in the first meeting that they have a budget for the position and what I'm asking is within budget. However, later on, after finishing all the interview rounds, they said out of the blue that they don't have budget to hire ANYONE. To me, that's quite manipulative and dishonest. I would avoid them.
Had to go through first HR screening then was invited for a second and final interview. It was really intensive since I had to meet a lot of people for like 3 hours straight. After that, the HR called to say they want to make an offer but they need one reference to call. I gave them that and from what I understood it went fine. Then they disappeared and came back with another request. They wanted to see my payslip. I first said no, then they insisted, otherwise they wouldn't extend an offer. I agreed and sent it to them. After waiting for few days of silence, I called. Another HR member picked up to say they won't offer me the job because there's no budget. Of course, it's a BS excuse. Lesson learned, NEVER show you payslip. It's irrelevant. If they threaten you to not send an offer, then that shows who they are.
