In person with store manager and design coordinator. Then design appointment another day to design and draw a room space and meet with manager. Third part of interview was another day to meet the regional sales manager.

Entretien
Takes a while but pretty straight forward -apply on line , interview in store then do a design exercise project to present to management. Background checks and other paperwork takes a while to complete until you finally get started

How many large projects have you completed? How long have you been in interior design
Design exercise creating a space for a fictitious client with an in person presentation. Able to pull ff&e for the presentation, which was given virtually as well as in store.
