Thorough, but informal, with key members of the senior team who took turns to ask various questions. The style was collaborative and it almost felt like it was a chat rather than a formal grilling that I have experienced elsewhere.

Very basic interview process. Screening call with talent acquisition, call with hiring manager and associate, final f2f interview.
Focus on technical knowledge and they even ask some really regulatory basic questions. Check your knowledge on safety changes and cmc changes
