Applied on linkedin and sent my resume to their hiring team. Scheduled a 30 min interview with their CEO. He was rude and late for 5 mins. He didn't seem to bother to apologize for being late. And his speaking tongue wasn't very friendly in my opinion. I tried to start a conversation with him but his answer was usually only a few words. Finally he said we would be in touch again but I got ghosted by the company. Kinda agree with another person here that the culture in this company seems unsuits me.

The process was OK (30-mute chat with the CEO, 3 hour Java coding exercise, live debugging interview, then resume-based technical discussion), but the CEO was a bit unfriendly. The turnaround for each step was pretty quick.

Entretien
The encounter was extremely unpleasant. Conducted by the CEO, the interview itself involved a technical screening. From the start, the CEO was tardy, refraining from enabling their video. Their demeanor was impolite, and the moment they deemed me unfit for Etleap, they abruptly ended the interview without allowing me to finish my inquiries. All in all, the interviewer's behavior was discourteous, making the entire experience exceptionally negative.
