I was referred to this company by my friend, interview process consisted of 3 phases and was really challenging. First phase was initial HR round, they just wanted to understand my communication level and once satisfied they scheduled a 1:1 interview with one of the senior guys. this interview was pretty challenging, they started with basic knowledge and then to highest level in configurations. Interviewer never judged me if I missed any questions. Feedback was on the complete interview and then was forwarded to HR again for salary negotiations. I realized that they wanted to see me happy and were willing to do healthy negotiation.
