Applied online through a popular employer job search engine. My resume was responded to within 1 day. I scheduled the interview with Vicken, who is the owner or 1 of the owners of the company. I met with him, and he asked pretty standard questions, such as my background as well as strengths and weaknesses, etc. He seemed a bit difficult to read, but he did state that the position was contingent on his staffs approval. So, after my initial interview with him, I received an e-mail from a staff member to schedule a second interview. I received this e-mail within 1hr of leaving the initial interview. A few days later, I arrive for the second interview, which is with practically his entire staff. So they all seemed a bit disorganized when I got there, almost as if they were not expecting me. We go in to an office and this interview, was more of an interrogation than anything else. Not to mention, that people were showing up in shifts and making me explain all of my qualifications to each individual person. Getting asked the same questions by 8 different people does not seem like a great interview process. At the end of this interview, it did seem to go well. So as usual , I send out a thank you email, and then a followup email a week later. I get no answer. A few days later, after my initial 2 emails, I get an email that they are still in the process of interviewing and they will get back to me with an answer no matter what they outcome is. Its been about 3 months, and I never got a reply, luckily I wasn't holding my breath for this one.
