Mostly they take one technical round and if needed then second round with manager then HR round for salary discussion. They offer average salary we can do negotiation for salary and interview can be online or offline.

Entretien
My F2F interview was scheduled for Euronet, through a staffing agency. After the interview the HR informed me that I have cleared the round and pending for a "Techno-Managerial" round with some director/manager of the company, next week. He also had an informal HR round with me and said after the last round there will a main HR round over the phone. But next week after inquiring, came to know that my feedback was not positive. That was very unprofessional on their part.
