Straight forward process. Applied online, got a call back and asked to come in for interview. Interview was at shop face to face with manager. Basic customer service questions and standard what do you know about company questions. Make sure you research the company and show interest in who they are what they represent.

Questions on customer service skills, sales skills, a little background on bikes and how the shop works. Process was around 39/45 minutes long and gives you a clear understanding of what they would like.
