Very lengthy, even for positions they don’t have open. They do require you to do a presentation on a city where they need help recruiting members. I felt this was a way to get ideas and not hire.

Three interviews - one with a recruiter, one with two managers, and a final interview with a manager and VP. Typical situation based questions. Final interview has a presentation portion.
