It was a 2 step process. First, I had to edit (grammatical errors) the document they had sent to test my proficiency for the job. Next there was a zoom interview where I was asked myriad questions pertaining to the job description and me. The whole interview process was extremely professional while being helpful all the way.

(3) I was asked to identify gerunds, etc. in sentences.

Entretien
It was a very thorough interview. It consisted or two parts: written and technical. You will be quizzed on a lot of technical and practical questions regarding your field. You should be well prepared and well-versed on your subject matter for this interview.

Entretien
Took place over the phone. Was asked rather normal questions, like my knowledge about the company/its CEO, why I wanted to work there, etc. Was asked a few grammar-related questions to test my proficiency in English.
