Terrible. Recruiter took weeks to schedule an initial call. then second round was quick but obviousbly with people who wouldnt make the final decision. third round with another person in the company was the worst, completely unproffesional tech bro who went over 15 min. and persistently asked if i had more questions. Just bizarre power moves for an ok company.
