I did recruiter phone round and then moved onto hiring manager technical interview, leetcode style, and a resume review. Overall smooth, recruiter was kind, thought I had a good conversation with the hiring manager but didn't move to the next round

Entretien
Recruiter call followed by an HM round. I was told that the HM round would be a resume discussion followed by a tech screen; however, I was not asked any technical questions/LC.
Recruiter call followed by a hiring manager chat followed by a technical leetcode-style technical round. People were generally nice, but process was unprofessional and not respectful of the candidate's time. The hiring manager was coy about compensation, they clearly expect you to go through a 5 round interview process before disclosing that.
