It consisted of three parts: 20 minutes call with a on site recruiter, 30 minutes with the Payment Fraud Manager and a third round with 4-5 interviews with different members of the team. I only got to the second call and then my application was not moved forward. In the middle of the second call the manager asked me to wait 10 minutes and he would call back as he had something to take care of in the middle of my interview (?). They make it extremely hard and tricky, at some point I was honestly waiting to be asked about my flying skills. After the process the recruiter took ages to get back to me, and when she did she sent the wrong email, referring to a different position than the one I applied for (?). For a colleague of mine who got to the final stage, she did not even get back at all. We learned he did not get it because we also know who did get the position. They could be more professional, to be fair.
